Being pregnant is hard work ... so every once in a while we organise a pamper day for mums to be. We're not professional beauty therapists, just a bunch of ladies who want you to enjoy this special time in your life. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and you can sit back and be totally pampered.

For a couple of hours you can chill out, enjoy a cake or two and read a magazine while we treat you to a foot spa, manicure or facial ... or maybe all three!

There is no charge for this event and what's more we'd even like to give you a goody bag to take away with you

Our pamper days take place in Cygnet Cafe, White Swan Centre, Citadel East, Killingworth, NE12 6SS.
